HOW TO BRING OUR OWN FIT METHODS TO OUR CUSTOMERS AROUND THE WORLD?
We looked at how craftspeople throughout time have solved this problem, made some modifications to the traditional notion of a trunk show and launched our Fitting Tour.
For years now, our fitting tours have taken us around the world to find our people. We ride their roads, share our bikes with those who have mostly seen them through the web and most importantly, these future Speedvagen owners get a full consultation and custom fitting session with founder Sacha White.
Girona Spain: March 19th - 23rd 2018
Speedvagen founder and owner, Sacha White is heading to Girona, March 19th-23rd 2017. We will be setting up again at The Service Course. The Service Course has built a cycling trip that will show you the best that Girona has to offer, with incredible rides, support and experiences, while we provide you the opportunity to ride one of the most sought after custom steel bikes. In addition, you can receive a fitting by Sacha White and get an intimate encounter with the brand.
New York City: December 1st - 4th 2017
Speedvagen founder and owner, Sacha White is heading to New York City, December 1st-4th 2017. We have a 3 fittings left availabe on this micro tour, if you would like to lock in your spot email Jenn@vanillabicycles.com. We will be set at Rapha New York - 159 Prince St. With fitting times available at 8:30, 12:30, and 3:30.
Europe: August 26 - September 11
The Speedvagen crew is heading to Europe from August 26th to September 11th with stops in Amsterdam, London and Girona. We'll host fittings, events with partners and friends, Fit Clinics and Speedvagen demo rides.
In the middle of the beautiful canals the Speedvagen team will be setup at the Rapha Amsterdam Clubhouse from Saturday, August 26th to Tuesday, August 29th. There will be rides with the Speedvagen crew, with the possibility of test-rides, attend a Fit Clinic as well as still signing up for a fitting.
In London Speedvagen has also partnered with Rapha, and the fittings will take place at their beautiful Soho Clubhouse from Thursday, August 31st to Sunday, September 3rd. Like Amsterdam, there will be rides, demos, a Fit Clinic as well as fittings for a custom Speedvagen.
For the ultimate custom experience, we've partnered with Speedvagen owner, and former world tour professional rider, Christian Meier, for an extended stop at his new shop, the Service Course in Girona. People from all over Europe are able to fly over and enjoy the luxury treatment that Service Course has to offer, as well as test riding bikes in the most beautiful surroundings possible. From Tuesday, September 5th to Monday, September 11 future Speedvagen owners can sign up for the full treatment of what Christian experienced riding for teams like Garmin or Orica with one of the packages he's put together (here) or configure one that works best for you.
Daily fittings will take place at each location from 8:30am - 11am; 12:30pm - 3pm; 3:30pm - 6pm

August 27 (8:00AM) Speedvagen Fit Clinic & Group Ride
This is the perfect opportunity to learn some key fit principles from Speedvagen founder, Sacha White and then head out on a ride with the Speedvagen crew and other owners.
The Speedvagen Fit Clinic is a 3 hour course where we share our fit principles and teach you how to apply them to your own riding. The goal is not to fit you, but rather to arm you with knowledge and confidence to dial things in on your own bike over the next several months of riding; This way when you’re riding and you’re feeling pressure here, or strained muscles there, you’ll be able to think critically and dissect the issue.
Join us at Rapha Amsterdam for a special fit clinic followed by a 40k ride. Plan to stick around after as Speedvagen will be treating everyone to coffee/beers after back at the Clubhouse!

Portland based Speedvagen are touring Europe! Meet them look mum no hands! for drinks, giveaways and framebuilders chat with Hartley Cycles, hosted by Laura Scott.
